JUNE 10, 2018–JOSE Bautizas butterfly flower tattoos will not be a regular occurrence, but the Milwaukee Brewers shortstop will continue to use the design as a reminder of his late brother’s passion.
According to MLB.com, Bautes father, Miguel Bautas, has long tattooed butterflies in his arms and a symbol of his love of butterflies.
Miguel Bausas son, Jose, will not have his own symbol.
Bautista, a six-time All-Star, signed a three-year, $25 million contract with the Brewers last month and he is expected to make the Opening Day roster, according to the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel.
The Brewers are expected to keep him as the No. 3 hitter and a role player, which means the team will have to keep Bauts wrist up.
